Order process

How do I place an order?

Use the shopping cart to choose your products and quantities. One of our team members will confirm your order by email.

What are your payment terms?

When your order is confirmed, we will send you a proforma invoice, a 50% deposit is required to begin production. The balance is required upon confirmation that your container is packed and the final invoice is issued.

What is the production lead time?

Production is normally 4-6 weeks from payment of deposit.

Will I be updated on my production?

Yes. As communication is important to us, we understand that it is important to you. All clients will receive an update 3-4 weeks after the deposit has been received and further update a finish date of your order.


Are your quoted prices all that I pay?

All our prices are quoted FOB, So the only charges are sea freight and charges at port of destination.

Do you have a minimum order?

We do not have a minimum order per item, but to be eligible for FOB shipping we require a minimum order of 1 x 40'HC container .

Do you ship 20' containers?

Yes we can ship a 20' container but we do have a surcharge of 5% on top of our regular quoted FOB price.

How are the goods packed?

All furniture is wrapped in single phase cardboard.
